We fill the gap left behind after your regular cleaning crew is done.   Most cleaning crews are not expert at disinfecting or lack the proper training and equipment.  They often use improperly mixed disinfectants or do not understand the required dwell times to kill virus and bacteria.  Other common issues are cross contamination from using the same cleaning rags throughout a facility.  Our application to a cleaned surface will provide that extra comfort level to you, your employees and your customers that the space is clean AND free of bacteria, mold and virus.

ATP Testing

We provide ATP testing services which can provide valuable feedback on how well your cleaning crew is doing.  This will allow you to improve their normal cleaning efforts.  We can also provide testing after our application of disinfectant to provide confidence you get what you expect.

Adenosine Triphosphate, or ATP, is the energy molecule found in all living things, making it a perfect indicator when trying to determine if a surface is clean or not.  Food and beverage processors use ATP systems to rapidly verify surfaces have been cleaned thoroughly so that new product runs are not contaminated and to endure biofilms are not developing on the surface.  With an ATP test meter, ATP is brought into contact with a unique liquid-stable reagent in the test device.  Light is then emitted in direct proportion to the amount of ATP present in the sample, providing information on the level of contamination in seconds.  Instant feedback within 15 seconds of swabbing a 4 inch square test surface area.

Electrostatic Sprayers:

Electrostatic sprayers give the disinfectant solution a positive ion charge which improves the effectiveness of the treatment.  Normal sprayers might hit the front of a door knob for example but electrostatic sprayers through the ion charge create a magnetic like charge to the solution that will actually cause it to wrap around behind the knob coating the entire surface.  In addition to the ‘wrapping’ feature the surface is also better completely blanketed because unlike misters or foggers the ion charge causes the disinfectant to pull the droplets together to fully blanket and cover a surface.  The spray can even wrap around carpet fibers etc.  The disinfectant will be pulled into nooks and crannies better than a hand spray or mist.
